Install üobjects and üobject collections

• install üobjects; for a üobject that provides a certain functionality that can be used by üobject collections
• install üobject collections; for üobject collections that provide certain functionality for other üobject collections
• install CoSS application bundled with üobject collections
• execution with uberspark enforce desired guarantees/protections, gracefully degrade if uberspark root-of-trust/loaders are not found
